Our ‘Wednesday Night Takeway’ performance was full of confidence and humour. Pupils performed a variety of sketches and songs, one pupil had even composed and written the lyrics for a song for the whole class to sing!

Gathering of Goblins at Goodwood

On Sunday, our Goblin Kit car team gathered with schools from across the country to participate in the prestigious Goodwood event. From drag racing to slaloms, our team had a go at everything. Thank you to Jackson, Stops and Staff, estate agents in Arundel for sponsoring us. The rain and wind kept coming but it didn’t dampen the spirits of the drivers. Well done to all!

Swimming gala makes a big splash!

We were blessed with beautiful sunshine for our first ever, school swimming gala in Arundel Lido. The children walked throught the town in their coloured House t-shirts and each and every child in Key Stage 2 participated in a race. There was a competitive edge but the whole aim was to have fun and encourage children to ‘have a go’. The team spirit from their team mates and parents was a joy to see, cheering for those who excelled and supporting those who found the length swiming a little more challenging. What a proud moment for all teachers and parents alike.

Year 4 Coding Workshop

Year 4 have been lucky enough to have Alex Broadhurst, a Year 11 pupil from St Philip Howard, come in and run Kodu coding sessions with the class. They learnt how to programme Kodu and build their own virtual world! A fantastic opportunity that the children really enjoyed!
