As part of our Fair-trade fortnight, all of the children in the school have been learning about how Fair-trade works and what it looks like in real life. Children in Year 3 and 6 took part in a Fair-trade Easter egg design competition while children in Year 2 played a maths game which included selling oranges.
In school we use Fair-trade products for cooking and for the tea and coffee that the staff drink. As well as this, Mrs Townsend and some of the Year 6 helpers organised a Fair-trade sale after school. Thank you to everyone who bought the products.
